StaffEx Acquires Jacksonville, FL based Agility Staffing

Tim Dyn, founder of Staffing Express, Inc. dba StaffEx, a Tampa-based commercial staffing company, announced that his company acquired Aqility Staffing, Inc., an office services staffing company located in Jacksonville, Florida. The transaction closed on February 20, 2018 and was communicated by the seller’s advisor, Betty Pickett of Chartwell Business Advisors.

No details of the transaction terms were announced.

StaffEx is a leading provider of light industrial, transportation, logistics and administrative staffing services with offices in Brandon, Tampa, and St. Petersburg, Florida. A new office will soon be opening in Orlando, Florida.

Mike Rolewicz, the former owner of Agility Staffing, reported that he is very happy to pass on the business he has developed and grown since 1995. Mr. Rolewicz noted that, “StaffEx has the management team in place to take Agility Staffing to the next levels of its development.”

Both leaders expressed their belief that this transaction will enhance the service delivery of staffing to customers in northern and central Florida.
